**About our Opportunity**

As our Receptionist, you will have the very meaningful job of delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the friendly, professional first point of contact to incoming callers and visitors, appropriately directing all enquiries along with engaging in other key administrative tasks including:

- creating kits and distributing to Account Managers.
- issuing keys for new homes and certification certificates.
- recording customer feedback into our database, following up, distributing and ensuring responses are recorded
- ensuring all stationery and kitchen goods are monitored and ordered on a weekly basis.
- managing incoming and outgoing mail
- keeping the reception area neat and tidy.

**About You**

We're looking for someone with previous receptionist or administration experience, who is motivated and self-driven with a "can-do" attitude. You will have the interpersonal skills required to provide a high level of customer service to our customers, along with the time management skills to be able to manage the high volume of incoming calls.

You will also be:

- confident utilising Microsoft Office suite with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- willing to cross train into other functions of the business (upskill opportunity)
- reliable and able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4pm

This role would also be ideal for someone who's looking to learn and develop new skills and progress their career. We actively develop our employees and this role is a genuine stepping stone into a variety of roles including customer service, sales or human resources.
