We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Receptionist who enjoys providing excellent customer service with a welcoming smile. This position offers the perfect opportunity for individuals seeking a flexible work schedule that aligns with school hours.
- Working with our Full-time Receptionist, you will be the first point of call for our clients, visitors and employees at our Head Office in Helensvale.**Duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception service
- Office administrative duties including answering and directing telephone calls, general filing and archive management
- Distribution of internal and external correspondence
- Print, bind & laminate documentation
- Ordering of general stationary for the office
- Responsible for receiving and distributing employee uniforms
- Ordering and stocking of staff amenities
- Maintenance and cleanliness of office / kitchen and coordinating the booking of, and presentation of, meeting rooms
**What we are looking for**
- A reliable and enthusiastic team player and who can show initiative in the role
- Have a friendly and polite manner and a positive 'can do' attitude
- Sound keyboard and computer skills and competent with the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Current Drivers Licence
