This is a full-time position based in Sydney, which will see you managing the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be tasked with developing and implementing eCommerce marketing strategies to increase sales and grow the business's brand awareness.

**The Role**:

- Execute the eCommerce marketing activity according to the business calendar about the following channels; eDM activity, both weekly sends and ongoing lifecycle journey builds, digital advertising performance monitoring and the creation of assets, social media activity for both paid and organic formats and website promotional assets
- Briefing assets to graphic designers
- Working with the marketing team to deliver digital content and oversee the moderation of digital channels and online communities
- Website updates about products, imagery, and new page build
- Identify and support website feature implementations and upgrades
- Proactively identify and deliver opportunities for increases in eCommerce performance
- Manage sales funnels to maximise and grow sales conversion and order value, whilst minimising abandonment
- Reporting on KPIs, sales and other key metrics in line with the business reporting schedule

**Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or related field would be highly regarded
- 1-2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience within the eCommerce space
- Knowledge and skills using: Shopify Plus and Klaviyo

**Salary**:
$65k+ super (commensurate with experience)
