Drive kitchen operations to achieve financial plan, profit margins and business growthOversee menu planning and design, consistently producing fresh and high-quality food offerings Ensure compliance with HACCP and Food Safety standards across all back of house operationsManage inventory control, COGS and labour costings and profit and loss reportingRecruit, train and develop team members to ensure culinary team successMore about youExperience in a similar role within a restaurant venueMinimum Certificate IV Commercial CookeryDiploma of Hospitality, HACCP Certification & Australian Culinary Federation qualified chef, preferredExtensive experience in menu planning & designProven ability in managing, developing and motivating a diverse team of chefs and cooksA passion for food and creative flairKnowledge of financial and business imperativesAbility to work a 7-day rotating rosterThe application period will close on 7/09/2025, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.Who we areMelbourne Airport serves as a primary transportation hub in Australia, facilitating travel for millions of passengers each year.
