
Media Coordinator

This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to join News Corp Australia's in-house media agency.
You'll receive full training to support daily operations, including media booking, implementation, reporting and finance reconciliation.
Key responsibilities involve setting up and monitoring media campaigns, reporting, assisting with owned marketing tasks and processing media invoices.
Your day to day will include:
Assist with campaign bookings, setup, and tracking across all media channels
Book and manage print, digital, and contra media placements
Coordinate creative materials and ensure deadlines are met
Manage the full media finance process - load and match invoices in Spectra, validate them against media plans and insertion orders, generate and reconcile purchase orders, and submit invoices in Concur
Produce monthly financial reports to support the finance team's end-of-month processes
Maintain accurate records in internal systems for both media and finance
Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and media vendors
Contribute to team development and grow your expertise in media and marketing
