**Team Leader (Customer Service/Sales)**
- **Sydney/South Sydney region**:

- **Permanent part time position (Mon-Fri, 8am - 1pm)**:

- **Fully maintained company vehicle, laptop & phone included**:

- **$30.00ph +Super + attractive monthly commission**

The Automotive Group (TAG) are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to work in the field daily to coach and mentor our team of Customer Service/Sales Representatives.

**The successful applicant will be responsible for**:

- Supervising team members
- Motivating staff to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Training of new staff members
- Assisting with recruitment duties
- Filling in on site for sales staff
- Reporting directly to the On Site Sales Supervisor

**The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills/attributes**:

- Ability to motivate and drive a team.
- Ability to follow company policy & procedures.
- Be well presented & professional at all times
- Have good communication skills.
- Have a positive attitude with a drive to achieve targets.
- Be willing to travel each day in the designated region.
