Software Development Leadership Role
The Software Development Leader plays a vital role in leading a team responsible for software application development. This individual assists in project execution, resource allocation, and communication with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of software engineers
Support project execution and resource allocation
Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives
Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions
Provide technical assistance to team members
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments
Help identify and resolve project challenges
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
Technical knowledge in package applications
Strong communication and leadership skills
