Job Overview:

The Software Leadership role is a key position within our organization, responsible for guiding a team of skilled developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing the daily activities of a team accountable for developing and maintaining software applications.
  • Support project execution, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Coordinate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Help identify and resolve project challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages and software development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of software applications and technologies.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.
