Together, we shape a future that meets today's needs and anticipates tomorrow's demands.About the role:The Cyber, Risk & Governance teams aim to protect Ampol Group's reputation and social license to operate by enhancing cyber resilience.
We support the achievement of business goals by effectively managing cyber and IT risks and adopting a proactive approach that enables business value rather than hindering it.
Through early detection and response to cyber events, we mitigate risks and deliver value amidst evolving technologies and strategic opportunities.
We also build trust with our customers by delivering secure solutions.The Cyber Business Analyst acts as a bridge between end-users and the Cyber Uplift Portfolio project team to ensure that the delivered cyber solutions meet business requirements.This involves working with business and TDD stakeholders, gathering and analyzing business objectives and requirements, preparing high-level process workflows, identifying and recommending solutions, assessing business impact, conducting pilots, and collaborating with the project team for end-to-end delivery.You'll take us further by:Performing business, technical, and impact analyses; creating project documentation to facilitate effective identification and recommendation of successful Cyber Security solutions; supporting solution delivery and integration.Building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.Developing user stories, identifying use cases and scenarios, and defining acceptance criteria to ensure comprehensive and testable solutions.Supporting the transition to operations through the creation of project artifacts and documentation.We'd love it if you have:Solid experience as a Business Analyst on Cyber Security projects (e.g., governance uplift, operational improvements).
