SEE YOU THRU provides Psychology, Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to children and adults. It is a well-established practice in Maroubra and Panania with a strong long-standing reputation in the local areas. This role is located at our **PANANIA** clinic.

**Essential criteria**:
- Prior experience working in a similar role (ie, admin for an allied health practice)
- Experience with practice management software system - Powerdiary is preferred (but not essential)
- Experience with Medicare and NDIS.

- Excellent customer service and professional manner
- Anticipating the needs of the practice ahead of time and completing tasks to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Providing assistance to clinicians and Director as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft word, excel, and Evernote.

**The Role itself**:
- **Wednesdays (8am-1pm), Thursdays (8am-1pm), Fridays (8am-1pm) and Saturdays (9am - 2pm)**:
- Diary bookings management for all clinicians working in the clinic or off-site;
- High level of knowledge and understanding of all service provided, products and fees;
- A friendly, welcoming and helpful disposition to all clients, referrers and staff;
- Assisting Director as required;
- Sound understanding and efficient co-ordination of Medicare claims and NDIS payments/funding;
- Multitask and prioritise workflow;
- Work with a high-paced work flow when busy;
- Performance of reception duties and assistance for clinicians as required;
- Cleaning and preparation of clinic rooms, reception and waiting areas
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
