As a valued member of our team, you will spearhead internal audit reviews, evaluate control measures, and effectively communicate risks to NCS stakeholders across Australia, Singapore, and the Asia Pacific region. Your exceptional business acumen will play a pivotal role in aligning your recommendations with NCS' business objectives, fostering strong relationships with the NCS Australia management team, and providing invaluable insights and guidance on governance matters.

Moreover, your innovative mindset will lead you to explore unconventional approaches to provide risk assurance and navigate complex environments. Leveraging your expertise in internal audit and risk management, you will meticulously scrutinize financial, operational, IT, and cyber processes, driving risk-based audits to instill a culture of governance across various management levels. Furthermore, you will diligently monitor the effectiveness of remedial activities and cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders in the 1st and 2nd lines of defense functions throughout Asia Pacific.
**Qualifications**
- Prior audit experience, preferably in a technology consulting, professional services or Internal Audit department of a large complex global organisation
- Strong analytical skills and professional skepticism to challenge the status quo using factual findings and industry (professional services) knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to navigate wide range (roles and levels) of stakeholders, influence as well as provide risk-appropriate, sound, impactful and commercially viable recommendations.
- Certifications and experience in relevant compliance and audit frameworks
