As theTeam Lead – Superannuation Specialists, you'll play a key role in leading and developing a team focused on delivering high-quality, compliant and customer-first guided advice and engagement.
This is a leadership role where you'll foster a collaborative culture, empower your team to excel, and make a real impact on the retirement outcomes of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Superannuation Specialists
Foster a customer-first, collaborative, and high-performance team culture
Monitor performance and KPIs, providing feedback, support and development opportunities
Allocate and manage workflow to maintain service levels and operational efficiency
Conduct supervision and quality assurance of customer interactions to ensure compliance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer education and retirement readiness
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, policies, and best practice standards
What We're Looking For
Australian Citizenship
RG146 qualification in General Advice (day to day appointments are not required, but coverage is valuable)
Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to support and develop experienced team members
Excellent organisational, collaboration and communication skills
A professional, flexible, and adaptable approach to leadership
Experience handling advice escalations
Commitment to compliance, quality assurance, and ensuring CSC's frameworks and tools are applied effectively
