One of Australia's prominent **Federal Government Departments **is looking to engage an experienced **Asset and Configuration Team Lead **to be responsible for leading a team of asset officers managing all aspects of the asset and configuration management life cycle for the Agency. The **Asset and Configuration Team Lead** will work closely with the Agency to develop, configure, maintain, support and optimize the Asset and Configuration management function. The successful **Asset and Configuration Team Lead **will be offered an initial **12 month** contract along with a **12 month extension** option partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate**.

The successful **Asset and Configuration Team Lead **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Designing, building, deploying and supporting the Agency's hardware fleet
- Leading a Hub of the Agency's Asset Management team, delivering essential ICT hardware and software services
- Managing Asset Stocktake and Audits
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and professional manner

The successful **Asset and Configuration Team Lead **will have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated experience with ICT Asset Management, Configuration Management and warehousing processes
- Demonstrated experience in freight forwarding, logistics, inventory administration, purchasing or supply chain administration
- Experience undertaking ICT asset functions in complex geographically diverse organisations
- Understand and implement appropriate ICT asset management practices
