At Northridge we offer peace of mind for the people we care for and their families and friends, with the personalised care (and great food) we provide in pleasant surrounds.**Permanent Part-Time and Casual Positions Available.**

**How You Make a Difference**:
Use your experience and **Certificate III in Individual Support** (or equivalent) to:

- Provide great care to our residents and monitor their health and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, making their day.
