**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Toowoomba QLD 4350**, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities. This role requires **16 hours of work per week - 2hrs 7 days a week mornings and 3 evenings a week.**

It involves working with four different clients located in the Northside of Brisbane, each with a different schedule. You have the flexibility to choose to work only some hours with specific clients if you're unable to commit to all.

Type of care to be provided**:Companion**care, **Personal**care, and **Domestic** assistance.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
