We run busy, fast-paced kitchens with a focus on quality produce, great teamwork, and genuine connection - both with each other and our guests.We're now looking for an experienced Casual Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team ahead of the busy season.About YouYou're reliable, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about food.
You thrive in a high-energy kitchen and work well under pressure without compromising quality or care.
You're a team player who takes pride in creating exceptional food from scratch.What You'll BringStrong CDP experience in a quality-driven kitchenExcellent food knowledge and prep skillsSolid communication and organisational abilityAble to handle pressure and still bring good vibesFlexible availability, especially nights & weekendsA genuine love for seasonal produce and sustainabilityWhat You'll Be DoingPreparing high-quality dishes with speed and precisionKeeping your section clean, prepped, and well-organisedSupporting the kitchen team during busy servicesMaintaining consistent food quality and presentationWorking closely with the Head Chef and Sous to improve systems and minimise wasteSupportive, fun and welcoming cultureGenerous tips and great staff discounts across all Ducks venuesOngoing training and genuine opportunities for growthAbility to work across our other venues - Rosebery, Melbourne, Bellingen & NimboA chance to be part of a hospitality group that values sustainability, community, and good peopleSound like your kind of kitchen?
