In this role, you will program and coordinate all training activities for the P-8A Poseidon at RAAF Base Edinburgh.As a Training Scheduler Lead within BDA, you will be responsible for:Scheduling and coordinating tasks related to Fight Crew, Mission Crew, and Maintenance training.Supporting the delivery of the training continuum, including synthetic training device bookings.Programming planned simulation device upgrades and asset allocation to meet training schedules.Conducting system health and utilization analysis, and generating reports to support performance measurement.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in resource and asset scheduling and coordination.Experience working in Defence operational flying squadrons or similar environments, including the use of flight programming tools.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Configuration and data management experience.An understanding of Defence Training requirements.Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.What's on offer?
