We have an exciting new opportunity for a Depot and Operations Manager to join our Opal Fibre Packaging business in Victoria, based at either the Bayswater or Shepparton site.
The role focuses on leading and optimizing operational performance, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost, across our regional depots and third-party warehouses in Victoria.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing strategic and tactical leadership of supply chain, operations, and administration of OFP Victoria depots, including warehousing, carton erecting, and distribution to fulfill customer orders.
Managing equipment, employees, agents, safety, logistics, and administration.
Overseeing all depot activities within the regional Victoria network and managing third-party depot sites, including machinery equipment location and maintenance.
Focusing on improving safety performance, third-party logistics performance, innovation, and cost initiatives across the Victorian depot network.

We are looking for:
Degree qualification (preferably in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Business)
At least 3 years of supply chain operations experience in a large organization with high SKU and customer complexity
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively on process and performance matters
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP
Ability to negotiate and build relationships with internal and external parties, and relate to individuals at all levels within the organization
Well-developed leadership skills to manage and influence a diverse, large team
A safety champion with a good understanding of safety standards and responsibilities under chain of responsibility and WHSE legislation
Experience in effective cost management, negotiation, and supplier management
