Whether working with employers or individuals, we aim to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible — always guided by ethics, transparency, and care.As our client base continues to grow, we're expanding our experienced team and are looking for an in Registered Migration Agent who shares our values and passion for helping people build brighter futures.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and timely migration advice to clients in line with current legislation and policyPrepare and lodge a wide range of visa applications (e.g., student, skilled, partner, employer-sponsored)Liaise with clients, the Department of Home Affairs, and other stakeholdersConduct initial consultations to assess client eligibilityKeep up to date with changes in migration law and policyMaintain accurate and compliant case recordsRequirementsRegistered Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) (valid MARN)Strong knowledge of Australian migration law and visa pathwaysExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and strong case management abilitiesHigh ethical standards and a genuine interest in helping clientsExperience using migration case management software (e.g., Migration Manager) is a plusOptional) Additional language skills are welcomedWhat We OfferA supportive, multicultural, and purpose-driven work environment.Flexible working conditions (including remote / hybrid options), mandatory 4 days in the office.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A chance to work with a wide variety of client cases.Competitive salary and performance incentives.RequirementsRegistered Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) (valid MARN) Strong knowledge of Australian migration law and visa pathways Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong case management abilities High ethical standards and a genuine interest in helping clients Experience using migration case management software (e.g., Migration Manager) is a plus (Optional) Additional language skills are welcomed
