About Our Opportunity

At our agency, we are growing rapidly and seeking a skilled professional to fill a senior role.

This position offers a great salary, commissions, two Rostered Days Off (RDOs) per month, and a balanced workload.

As an experienced Registered Migration Agent, you will be responsible for handling employer-sponsored visa applications, labour agreements, training visas, DAMAs, and temporary activities visas.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with attention to detail, passionate about delivering exceptional client service, particularly on the phone.

  • An experienced Registered Migration Agent, with 7+ years post-OMARA registration work experience (exclusive of any experience as Migration Support).
  • Experience in supervising junior RMAs, or willingness to learn and grow into a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of complex cases, ensuring timely completion and quality results.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide expert guidance and support.

Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and client satisfaction.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent.

Proven track record of successfully managing large caseloads and meeting deadlines.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
