Overview
Integrated Engineering Project Office Lead (iEPO) role atRheinmetall.
This position supports the Integrated Engineering Project Office within the RDA Engineering development team.
About the Team
As part of the wider Engineering discipline, the Integrated Engineering Project Office Lead (iEPO) will play a pivotal role within the RDA Engineering development team.
Reporting into the Engineering Capability Manager – Development Control Environment, the iEPO will collaborate closely with a variety of internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Finance and Program Management Office.
What We Are Looking For
The iEPO will collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape the planning and finance landscape of the RDA Engineering development team.
Some of the key accountabilities include:
Lead the coordination of Integrated Engineering project plans, ensuring resource, finance and schedule completeness;
Develop and maintain the iEPO strategy to ensure efficiency within the engineering planning environment;
Implementation of workflows to effectively integrate all engineering planning data; and
Create long-lasting internal stakeholder relationships to promote a collaborative environment.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
Tertiary qualifications in Information Management, IT, Engineering, Business or a related discipline;
Proven experience in managing data related to planning and scheduling in an Engineering Development Environment;
Excellent understanding of project planning, including familiarity with management tools related to scheduling, estimating, activity modelling and budget control;
Ability to drive, influence and implement changing work practices and behaviors with demonstrable passion for continuous improvement;
Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
