Job Title: Sales Representative - Building & Plumbing Supplies

Aestiva Global Pty. Ltd. is a leading provider of high-quality building & Plumbing materials in Melbourne. We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our business to new heights.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Providing product information and support to customers and prospects
- Preparing quotes and proposals, negotiating terms and closing sales
- Maintaining accurate sales records and reports

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of sales experience in the building materials industry
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- A valid driver's license and own transportation
- Fluent mandarin speaking

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Nunawading, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
