Established in 1987, Plantmark has proudly supplied quality plants and trees to the landscape, development, government, and retail nursery industries for over 35 years.
From tube stock to super advanced trees, we offer the largest range while maintaining the highest quality standards and competitive prices. Plantmark's operations include one large-scale production nursery and seven Wholesale Trade Markets with sales and distribution in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.
**Description**:
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the State Manager and working closely with the onsite Quotes and Orders Manager, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations of the Plantmark Willawong wholesale plant nursery.
Your main focus will be to ensure that customer and supplier relationships are nurtured, Plantmark service standards are consistently maintained and monthly sales targets are achieved. Management of budgets, stock supply, irrigation, employee performance and safety procedures are an imperative part of the role.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend responsibilities.

- Commercial thinking and capability to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent organisational skills and a hands-on, flexible work approach.
- Intermediate computer skills including use of Point Of Sale systems.
You must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
