Overview
Levande is seeking an Acquisition Manager – NSW to join our Real Estate team. Based in our Sydney office, this role is central to sourcing and delivering the land and asset acquisitions that underpin Levande's future growth.
What You'll Do
Identify and secure new development opportunities across Sydney and NSW – including greenfield sites, infill projects, and value-add assets.
Lead end-to-end transaction management: feasibility modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, legal negotiations, consultant engagement, and Board submissions.
Build detailed development feasibilities, cash flow models and business cases to inform investment decisions.
Leverage your local networks of agents, landowners, consultants, and development partners to access on- and off-market opportunities.
Negotiate favourable outcomes that meet financial, strategic, and sustainability objectives.
Incorporate town planning, subdivision, and construction considerations into acquisition assessments.
Present acquisition opportunities to the Investment Committee and Board for approval.
Ensure all activities align with Levande's ESG commitments and risk/compliance standards.
About You
You are a commercially minded property professional with a strong track record in real estate transactions and development acquisitions. You bring:
Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, or a related field.
7+ years' post-graduate experience in Sydney's real estate market, with deep local knowledge and established relationships.
Advanced skills in feasibility modelling, valuation, and financial analysis (Excel, Estate Master or similar).
Strong understanding of development documentation, town planning, and subdivision processes.
Demonstrated success in managing due diligence, consultants, and legal negotiations through the transaction lifecycle.
A well-developed network of agents, consultants, and landowners across Sydney.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills, including preparing Board-level proposals.
