**Position Overview**:
We are currently recruiting for a Manager of Delivery - Intium that will oversee the successful execution and delivery of projects and initiatives. This role will leverage your commercial & technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams, managing complex project portfolios and lifecycles. Ensuring that all deliverables across engineering and delivery meet quality standards, are within budget, scope and delivered on time. The focus on sustainable technologies and innovative solutions will align with Intium's strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project planning, implementation, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, industry, and academia.
- Contribute to business development activities and support bid processes.
- Develop and manage standards, metrics, and processes to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Monitor and assess project performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Staying up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends, focusing on innovation and AI skills development.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery and strategy implementation.Promote respect, equity, diversity, and inclusion, adhering to the highest ethical standards as outlined in the Code of Conduct and company policies. Leaders are responsible for embedding these values.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering large, complex asset portfolios and projects on time and within budget. You'll excel in understanding industry trends and technologies to support and oversee technical aspects across different projects with strong contract management skills, particularly for large, complex commercial contracts and frameworks negotiations

A proficiency in project management tools like P6, MS Project, Trello, and Asana. Being adept at navigating industry regulations, compliance, and risk management, particularly concerning environmental and safety impacts will be highly regarded. Your strong communication skills will allow you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels across clients, vendors and regulatory bodies. An analytical and problem-solving mindset will drive continuous improvement in asset performance and operational efficiency.

Having the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, your flexibility and adaptability to changing industry dynamics and project requirements further enhance your effectiveness and success in this role. You will demonstrate capability in building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and regulatory bodies, while managing expectations and facilitating collaboration

**Qualifications Required**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; with demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.

Desired:

- A relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) would be advantageous.
