**About Us**

Jaeman is a registered NDIS provider supporting and providing care for the participants in our community. We are looking for people who are very passionate, positive and willing to make difference in challenged people's life. **Complex participant, set roster, Personal care required.**

**Opportunities**:
We are seeking a male support worker who has got experience in working with mental health and challenging behaviors to work in both Dandenong and Mornington Areas
- Must have got experience supporting people with Mental health, intellectual impairment and challenging behaviour.
- You will get at least 20-30 hours of work per week ( Weekend Work available too )
- Opportunity for more work depending on performance

**Casual Staff Requirements**:

- Must have great availability, including weekdays, weekends.
- Passionate about helping people with **Mental disability and complex behaviors**.
- Ability to work Independently and as a part of team.
- Creative and can think outside the box.
- Ability to manage challenging situation effectively/**Active listener.**
- Reliable and organized.

**To be successful in this role, you will need the following.**
- Experience in working with Mental health
- National Police clearance certificate.
- Working with Children check
- First aid certificate and CPR
- Mental health first aid is highly desired but not essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
