As a **Disability Support Worker**, you'll empower people with disabilities to live independently in their own homes by providing tailored care and support.

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Assist clients with daily activities, personal care, and community involvement.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Assist with household tasks and activities, if required.
- Regularly document and report on client progress.
- Collaborate with the care team to implement individual care plans.

**Essential skills & qualifications**:

- Strong English language and communication skills to effectively build trust and meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
- Previous experience providing disability care and/or home support.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

**Required documentation**:

- Current CPR Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current National Police Check
- Desireable criteria:_
- Qualifications in healthcare, and/or Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- A valid driver's license.

Pay: $33.28 - $59.90 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
