Electra Lift Company specializes in lift modernization and installation. Our operation is growing, and we are looking for a qualified fitter (or fitter/machinist) with good all-around mechanical skills, willing to take on a diverse mechanical fitting role, including workshop and on-site tasks.

We are looking for a Modernization and Replacement Sales Representative based in Mascot. This role reports to the Sales and Service Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities- Generate Modernization sales leads from construction lead indicators, industry reports, tenders, personal sales research, and customer networks.- Determine client requirements and design parameters quickly to configure Electra products/solutions and be able to assist in the development of future construction projects to maximize Otis's opportunity to secure new business.- Develop and implement a strategy to maximize Electra's opportunity for acceptance of proposals.- Conduct negotiations with clients, gaining progressive support from local management and Support Departments depending on the project size.- Interact with senior management within Electra and OTIS to develop sales strategies and value propositions and manage the sales through OTIS sales processes.

What you will need to be successful- Preferably hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or its equivalent.- Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment and proven sales track record for developing and selling large deals.- Sales experience within the Lift or Engineering industry will be preferred.-
- Strong verbal and communication skills.- Have exceptional time management skills and possess strong organizational abilities.- Excellent attention to detail and results-driven.
