**Your Impact**

Reporting to Procurement Regional Category Head of Packaging this role provides end to end leadership and governance over the Category management of Asahi's Procurement & Sustainability requirements for the Plastics Category.
- To deliver sourcing activities whilst proposing innovative ways to achieve better outcome for Asahi Beverages
- Cost reduction and delivery of budgeted savings
- Improved quality and service level from the supplier base
- Innovation on process/systems to make Asahi Beverages more competitive.

- Deliver sourcing activities whilst proposing innovative ways to achieve better outcome for Asahi Beverages
- Cost reduction and delivery of budgeted savings
- Improve quality and service level from the supplier base
- Deliver innovation on process/systems to make Asahi Beverages more competitive
- Design and deploy a new category management framework that supports the all categories.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand internal business requirements and determine and develop best sourcing and category management strategy.

**About You**

Your experience in Packaging within an FMCG environment will be highly regarded along with the following;
- Demonstrated achievement of improvements within an FMCG supply chain environment with a high analytical component
- Extensive experience in contract management and sourcing
- SAP supply chain experience in transactional and analytical tools highly desirable
- Demonstrated management of customer / supplier relationships in an FMCG environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- An understanding of change management practices
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Expert knowledge in procurement and continuous improvement practices
