Your Impact

As a Regional Category Manager in Indirects, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering value through effective sourcing, building strong supplier partnerships, and cost optimisation. You'll help shape strategy, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure procurement supports Asahi's growth and innovation ambitions. Key categories include travel and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead sourcing initiatives, tenders/RFP's, supplier negotiations, and contract management across indirect categories
  • Drive cost efficiency, risk management, and value creation
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify needs and deliver solutions
  • Monitor market trends and bring insights to support decision making
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.

About You

You're commercially savvy, proactive, and an exceptional communicator who thrives on building relationships and influencing outcomes. With strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, you can manage complex categories and deliver results that make a difference.

In addition, you will have;
  • Proven experience in category management or procurement within a large organisation.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A track record of driving savings, efficiency, and innovation through procurement.
  • Knowledge of Ariba advantageous
