**Description**:
About The Role
As our Contracts Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Commercial Framework. You will manage contractual performance, ensuring that commercial considerations are prioritised across our stakeholder network, and contribute to the implementation of a new commercial management system to modernise our financial operations.
A snapshot of your day
**Key responsibilities include**:
Support the uplift of the Commercial Framework to mitigate contractual risks and streamline value-stream processes.
Lead the implementation of a new commercial management system, modernising financial operations and enhancing our commercial management capabilities.
Guide the initiative through its lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process optimisation to implementation.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that support Coliban Water's growth and efficiency.

Skills & Experience
**To be considered for the role you'll have**:
A strong blend of financial expertise and understanding of commercial management processes.
Proven experience in contract management and performance analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Experience in implementing commercial management systems is highly desirable.
