Job Opportunity: Contracts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to administer high-value contracts and subcontracts, manage large claim assessments, and prepare variations for both contract and subcontractors.

About the Role:
  • Administering high-value head contracts and subcontracts is a key responsibility of this role.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large claim assessments.
  • Preparing variations for both contract and subcontractors is another critical aspect of this position.

This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a full-time permanent capacity with a leading construction company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract administration, including preparing and reviewing contractual documents.
  • Managing relationships with project managers and team members to ensure effective working dynamics.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to sub-contractors, clients, and their representatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including monthly project updates.
