As a Little Group business, Little Real Estate is Australia's largest independently owned real estate business with offices across the nation.

**The role**:

- Conduct private/open for inspections
- Oversee sign-up processes with new tenants
- Liaise with tenants to answer all incoming queries
- Support with all maintenance management processes

- A current Certificate of Registration is required
- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Must work Saturday with another weekday
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Our leasing roles are 80% on the road, giving you the flexibility to plan your week balancing between work and life. Therefore, all our Leasing team members are required to work every Saturday and to return all keys back to the office after opens are completed.
