The role:Teachers Health is looking for a Growth & MX Content Specialist to craft compelling, brand-aligned content across multiple channels that drives engagement, acquisition, and retention.Reporting to the Senior Content & Communications Manager, you'll be at the heart of our content strategy, writing, editing, and optimising content for digital, social, email, print, campaigns, and member communications.
You'll translate complex healthcare and insurance topics into clear, engaging messaging while collaborating closely with marketing, digital, media, and brand teams.Why Join Teachers Health?

Write, edit, and proof content across email, social, digital, print, and campaign channels Tailor messaging to specific audiences and marketing objectives Translate complex health and insurance information into member-friendly language Collaborate with digital and campaign teams to optimise content for SEO, UX, and accessibility Support content governance, style guides, and brand consistency Monitor performance, run A/B testing, and recommend improvements to drive engagement What do you need?
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related fields Strong copywriting, proofreading, and CMS experience Experience creating content in a regulated industry (healthcare, finance, insurance) Bonus: marketing, campaign management experience, and knowledge of the health insurance industry How do I apply?
