**Workshop Administration** around the area of

This role is to coordinate work orders and ensure timely completion, hence provide administrative support to the Asset Management and Maintenance Branch.
**Daily Task Includes**:
- Source and procure needed parts and equipment to ensure timely service and repairs
- Process purchase requisitions and invoices
- Liaise with Fleet stakeholder and service providers to ensure timely schedule maintenance.
- Compile and print reports as required.
- Enter time sheets into Kronos module for Building Services Team.
- Timely reporting - occurrence reports (for accident/incidents) and hazard reports into the WHS systems with procedures and practices.
- Enter and maintain time and attendance, within specified time frames in each pay period.
**About You**:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Office Administrative functions
- Excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to high level customer service delivery
- Demonstrated computer literacy in Microsoft Word Excel
- Knowledge of organisational record keeping practices and information systems
