Northern Sydney Administrative Role for Customer Service Specialist

This role plays a key part in the efficient administration of the Northern Sydney PARVAN Service. Key responsibilities include providing frontline customer service and support to clients and NSLHD Health workers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work in a customer-focused environment, dealing with diverse client situations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and e-systems is also essential.
- Customer service skills, including dealing with distressed or traumatised individuals.
- Experience working in an administrative environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
This position reports directly to the PARVAN Administration Team Leader and works as part of a dynamic team to deliver high-quality service.
