Are you passionate about helping people with disabilities find employment opportunities? We are seeking a sales-focused individual to join our team as an Employer Engagement Consultant. This role involves building relationships with employers and sourcing vacancies for job seekers with a disability.

As a key member of our Disability Employment Services (DES) team, your primary responsibility will be to support clients by placing them into suitable and sustainable employment. You will work closely with the employer and job seeker after the placement to ensure a smooth transition.

To succeed in this position, you must possess recent experience within an Employment Services, Recruitment or Sales position. A genuine desire to assist people with a disability is essential, along with a proven track record in creating leads and exceeding KPIs. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are also required, as well as the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be solutions-focused, a problem solver, and able to think outside the box. Strong computer, administration, time management, and organisational skills are necessary, as is a current, clear open car driver's license. Experience within the Employment Services industry is highly desirable.
