About Our Opportunity

As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and member retention at our premium fitness club.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about helping people achieve their wellness goals. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a positive and engaging experience for our members.

The successful candidate will have the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and possess excellent communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to sales efforts through proactive sales activities and referrals campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • Assist with opening and closing the club as per the club roster.
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey.

About You:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
