Duties include:

- Adhering to the FOH presentation standards, service procedures and service times
- Ensuring guests are met and greeted to a standard that will deliver a positive first impression
- Ensuring guests needs and expectations are met
- Delivering superior levels of service to ensure repeat business
- Ensuring the dedication to the delivery of friendly, professional service
- Ensuring all guests' requests and questions are dealt with promptly and to the guests' satisfaction
- Ensuring that all guests are served in a timely fashion
- Monitoring the quality of food and beverages being delivered;
- Adhering to opening and closing procedures to ensure the venues are set up accordingly and pack down is well executed for next day opening
- Taking food and drink orders and preparing drinks to a high standard
