**Job Title: Front of House Team Member**

**Location: Carlos Cantina, Croydon, VIC**

Open seven days a week for dinner, Our Croydon location is now seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organised, and well-presented.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a front of house or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
