Front of House Manager – Wide Open Road Coffee (Brunswick, VIC)

Wide Open Road is an iconic Brunswick cafe and specialty coffee roastery, known for exceptional coffee, great food, and a warm, vibrant atmosphere. We're looking for a skilled Front of House Manager to lead our cafe team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The Role
As FOH Manager, you'll oversee daily service, lead and motivate the FOH team, manage rosters, and work closely with our Head of Coffee and Head Chef to keep service running smoothly. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where attention to detail and great people skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the FOH team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Oversee daily cafe operations and customer experience.

Manage staff rosters and ensure adequate coverage.

Train and mentor FOH staff to maintain high standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen and coffee teams for smooth service flow.

Handle stock levels for FOH consumables and ensure venue presentation is always on point.

What We're Looking For

Proven FOH management experience in a busy cafe or hospitality venue.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Hands-on, organised, and proactive.

A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

Availability to work across weekdays and weekends.
