**About the Role**

As an OH&S Consultant working in our Victorian OHS Training & Consulting Team, you will be assisting customers to facilitate cultural change in relation to Occupational, Health & Safety and Risk Management. You will be delivering high quality training and consulting services and employ successful business development strategies to drive our business.

**About You**

You will have tertiary qualifications and vocational experience in OH&S, as well as extensive knowledge of OH&S legislation and knowledge of the Victorian workers compensation scheme. You will have superior presentation and communication skills with a drive for results, a client focus and a professional but friendly demeanor. The ability to self-manage and work autonomously is key, along with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to foster and grow relationships with key customers.

**Essential**
- Solid, detailed understanding of the Victorian OHS Act 2004, in particular all sections relevant to the purpose of Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) and their powers, protections and entitlements
- Hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher - TAE40116 or TAE40110 or TAA40104
- Minimum two years' experience in OHS
- Have relevant experience in delivering training in an adult learning environment
