**The Role**

The Integration Lead will work on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program as part of the Information Technology Unit and Operations Division. The Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop a comprehensive ERP integration architecture and design that aligns with business goals, emphasising data accuracy, security, and real-time synchronisation.
- Develop a comprehensive integration architecture for the ERP Program that aligns with UTS's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross functional program stakeholders to define the integration architecture, solution design, technology stack, and data exchange protocols for the ERP Program.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, or custom integration.
- Maintain detailed documentation of ERP integration processes, architecture, and configurations y.
- Work closely with the program team, program stakeholder and vendors to ensure successful delivery of the ERP Program.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in integration technologies, including new tools and platforms.
- Coordinate and conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to validate data accuracy, process efficiency, and overall system functionality.

**Essential Skills**
- 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions for complex Finance and / or HR systems -ideally ERP-specific.
- Previous experience with implementing multiple ERP software suites is preferred (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP).
- Prior experience in end-to-end software implementation such as designing business solutions, configuring system setups, integrating systems, migrating data, conducting comprehensive testing and seamless transition to production systems.
- End-to-End ERP delivery experience mandatory.
- ServiceNow experience
- Boomi experience or Similar
- Cloud (AWS preferred) and Microservices experience.

**Desirable Skills**
- Preferred certifications
- Dell Boomi Certified Professional, TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
- ERP, University sector and Digital Transformation experience is preferred.
