Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Integration Lead will oversee the successful delivery of project workstreams, ensuring strategic outcomes are met within specified parameters. This involves planning, governing, and managing progress to guarantee timely execution and quality adherence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing integration governance and defining workstreams with clear controls to manage progress, risks, and resources.
  • Aligning integration deliverables to strategic outcomes, including synergy realization, cultural alignment, and operational continuity.
  • Presenting a unified view of integration progress, managing change control, and facilitating trade-offs between legacy systems, processes, and priorities.
  • Working effectively with internal and external teams to develop suitable plans based on agreed scope of work, manage stakeholders, and expectations.
  • Coordinating across internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of work.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • 7+ years' experience in end-to-end project management of complex initiatives covering business, technology, and vendor engagement involving multiple industry stakeholders and multi-delivery streams of work.
  • Experience of structured project methodologies, tools (Microsoft Project), and recognized project management disciplines overseeing quality assurance and change processes and practices.
  • Strong knowledge and experience implementing Agile ways of working and tooling.
  • Desirable experience includes mergers and acquisitions or fast-growing environments, as well as Financial Services experience in payments and banking.
