Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead our Consumer Divisions integration, following Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in leading M&A integration projects or programs, with experience in a program lead relationship role for a complex, matrixed financial services or general insurance organisation.

  • Lead integration programs, including project planning, project implementation, and hypercare, ensuring delivery to meet key milestones.
  • Lead the integration program office for Consumer and integration cross-functional teams, fostering effective collaboration and resolving dependencies and conflicts.
  • Be responsible for high-level planning and delivery of the integration project, effectively managing multiple workstreams and interdependencies across the program.
  • Develop and implement appropriate program governance.
  • Develop, own, and manage project reporting, including status updates to program stakeholders, addressing challenges and risks proactively.
  • Recommend and propose decisions during the lifecycle of the program.
  • Facilitate discussions to answer questions, remedy program issues and risks, and create and nurture effective communication within the program.
  • Ensure effective risk identification, management, mitigation, and reporting.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assess, understand, and document the needs and issues of all stakeholders.
