**Civil Foreman**

**Join Our Team as a Civil Foreman in Southeast Queensland**

ZK Construction Group is hiring an experienced **Civil Foreman** to oversee our growing portfolio of civil projects across Southeast Queensland. We are looking for a dedicated leader who can guide teams and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee civil project activities, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Lead and coordinate teams to meet project deadlines.
- Enforce workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations.
- Maintain clear, effective communication with team members and supervisors.

**Key Details**:

- **Contract Basis**: Work under an ABN. Assistance in setting up an ABN is available if needed.
- **Requirements**: Must hold relevant licenses and be QBCC licensed. A valid driver's license and a smartphone are required.
- **Compensation**: Competitive contract rates, profit-sharing options, and performance-based bonuses.
- **Work Ethic**: Must be reliable, dedicated, and have strong leadership skills. References and prior work will be verified.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
