An experienced community support worker who is kind, very reliable and consistent person with excellent communication.

Aged care and disability work.

For personal cares, transport, household tasks, food preparation, medication prompting and assistance etc.

Willing to travel.

Must be available 2-3 shifts a week, shifts range from 3hours to full days and overnights. Must be aviliable for a combination.

Looking for evenings, nights and days in North Brisbane (4017 and 4011) 3-4 days.

**Must have**:
Worker screening (blue/yellow card/police check)

CPR/First aid certificate (CPR must be within last 12 months)

Driver's licence and reliable car with comprehensive car insurance

NDIS worker modules

Passionate about supporting people with disabilities

Good communication skills

Cert III in Individual Support or higher

Extensive experience in ABI and managing challenging behaviours

Medication Administration Training

**Desirable**:
Epilepsy and seizure management

Anaphylaxis training

Trauma informed care

Neurodiversity affirming

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $39.00 - $50.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
