**- Develops high level system testing approach with the stakeholders.
- Creates and implements test plans consistent with organizational policies and strategies.
- Manage resource and work allocation for the project.
- Ensures quality and timeliness of all test deliverable.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to obtain sign-off / closure of agreed test phase deliverable.
- Organizes and leads risk identification and risk analysis sessions and use the results of such sessions for test estimation, planning and control.
- Assesses and reports relevant and timely test status and metrics to project stakeholders [includes client].
- Identifies skills and resource gaps in their test team and participate in sourcing adequate resources.
- Ensures proper communication within the test team and with other project stakeholders.
- Participate in test process continuous improvement initiatives.
- Owns, agrees on entry/exit criteria for phases of test as per master test plan.
- Coordinates with vendors to ensure deliverables are as per defined SLA's, and agreed test processes has been adhered.
- Collaborates with GTS stakeholders and vendors to continually improve infrastructure, processes and systems to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of test services.
- Identifies / suggest tools (test automaton / test management) to improve test efficacy and efficiency.
- Liaises with respective stakeholders for readiness and availability of test environments.
