**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement the overall test strategy, plans, and processes for projects and programs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test analysts and automation engineers.
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of test cases and scripts (manual and automated).
- Ensure appropriate test coverage through requirements analysis and risk assessment.
- Manage testing schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Collaborate with development, business, and project teams to ensure clear understanding of testing scope and requirements.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of testing.
- Report test progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

**Selection Criteria**
- Must have experience leading a team of testers and business stakeholders using a servant leadership framework.
- Must have experience in preparing and maintaining the testing process established for the project.
- Must have experience in the preparation of agreed Test Strategy and Test Governance activities that are implemented appropriately as per the Project.
- Must have experience conducting a risk-based testing approach.
- Must have experience in using testing tools that include but are not limited to Azure DevOps and its extensions, such as Browser Stack, Test and Feedback.
- Must have experience in managing various testing types, including system and integration testing, compatibility testing, regression testing, penetration testing, accessibility, and performance.
- Must have demonstrated experience in relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
- Must have experience in planning, preparation and execution of testing activities, including defect triage.
- Must have experience supporting Business for User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing.
- Must have experience in preparing and maintaining test artefacts related to test management, including status reports.
- Must have experience in agile projects and active participation in agile ceremonies.
- Must have demonstrated experience in planning and managing testing streams with multiple external stakeholders including stakeholders for integration testing and user acceptance testing based in various offsite locations.
- Must have the ability to perform manual testing to support testing timeframes when required.
