Senior Legal Counsel - Contract Development and Management
\
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in shaping the commercial contracts that drive our institution's success.
\
Key Responsibilities:
\
\
Develop and implement strategic commercial contracts to meet business objectives,\
Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate and agree contractual terms,\
Provide expert advice on contract law and procurement practices,\
Manage and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements,\
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.\
Requirements:
\
\
LLB or equivalent qualification in law,\
Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior legal counsel or similar role,\
Proven expertise in commercial contracts and procurement law,\
Excellent communication and negotiation skills,\
Ability to work independently and as part of a team,\
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
